INNOVEXPLO – KNOWLEDGE, EXPERTISE, AND A PROJECT-SPECIFIC APPROACH

History

InnovExplo, a member of Norda Stelo, was founded in 2003 by Alain Carrier and Carl Pelletier, former university peers who later became colleagues. After honing their skills and experience by working for major mining companies, they decided to found their own consulting firm, InnovExplo. In January 2015, the company welcomed Denis Gourde as its new owner-partner and Vice-President, Engineering and Sustainable Development. At the time, he had over 25 years of experience in the field. In May 2024, Norda Stelo, an independent engineering consulting firm specializing in integrated projects, acquired the company, enhancing our service offering and customer support.

The team remains the same, but we are now supported by over 900 experts specializing in innovative solutions and services in mining and metals, energy, manufacturing and processing, road, port and rail transport infrastructure, as well as asset management, ESG initiatives, decarbonization and the STELAR asset management technology platform.
